If you have already uploaded your academic documents and submitted them in the ACLAS Student Portal, here is what you can expect:
After clicking Save and Submit, your status will show as “PENDING” (orange badge).
This means your documents are under review by our admissions verification team.
Our team checks your transcripts, certificates, and details for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
Once your documents are approved, the status will change to “VERIFIED” (green badge).
If the current documents are not enough to support your eligibility requirements, the status will change to “REJECTED” (red badge)
After verification, you may proceed with the issuance of the digital certificate and academic transcript once you complete the program.
