Early submission helps ensure that, once the program is successfully completed, students can receive their official certificate and academic transcript promptly.
During Application
Upload your transcripts, certificates, and academic history when you sign up an account with Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in the Student Portal.
This allows our verification team to review your records while your application is being processed.
Before Requesting the Certificate and Transcript
Your documents must be submitted and marked VERIFIED before you can request the certificate and transcript.
Incomplete or missing academic records may result in your status remaining at REJECTED until verification is complete. You will not be able to obtain your certificate or transcript until the issue is resolved.
Please note that our verification team typically reviews documents within 3-5 business days.
